Setting out is where survey meets the programme. Earthworks, concrete and steel each have a different tolerance and a different window — we work around plant, pours and inspections, and we leave marks the gang can actually find.
Concrete and steel keep a programme when the muck cannot. Bases, holding-down bolts, pile caps and grid are set out on the window you are running. If the drawing is wrong, we say so before the concrete goes in or the steel lands.

RC and steel package contractors, site managers and engineers who need marks for a pour or a lift — not just a coordinate dump.
