An as-built is only useful if it is independent and timely. We survey what is there, compare it to design, and flag what is out before it becomes a claim.
Where the geometry is too dense for a handful of points — steelwork, complex concrete, existing structure — we scan it and issue a model. That is scan to BIM: the as-built as a file the BIM team already opens, not a point cloud they cannot use.

RC and steel package contractors closing out a frame, or proving concrete and steel before it is covered up.
